Relax in this charming, serene space (2002 sqft) and enjoy incredible sunset views in the yard. Whip up a gourmet meal in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen or grill a savory meal on the patio. After a full day at the beach, Safari Park or other Socal destination, gather & unwind around the fire pit or teepee (summer).

Responsible Person acknowledges that it has reviewed and understood appropriate city ordinances relating to noise, trash, parking, occupancy limits, and House Rules and that Manager may review those rules with Responsible Person prior to providing the access code and/or keys to the Property.

NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY. The Responsible Person acknowledges and agrees that the Owner, Operator or Property Manager does not warranty or guarantee the Property against the failure of any equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning/heating, barbeque, microwave, stove/oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances/tools/utensils, plumbing, lighting, internet, televisions, electrical, furniture, any fixtures or furnishings.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & NOTICES:

  • No shoes inside the property.
  • No smoking of any kind on the premise (i.e. marijuana, cigarettes, vape, cigars, etc.).
  • No parties of any kind.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
  • No moving/re arranging furniture.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Exterior security cameras are located on the property and in the garage. Altering or changing the exterior cameras will result in a fine to dispatch security to ensure the cameras are properly functioning.
  • No solid food, wastes, grease, and oils down the kitchen sink. A waste bin is conveniently located on the kitchen counter and to the right of the stove top.
  • Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide black makeup towels.
  • Only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
  • Check out is 11 am or earlier. Any exceptions must be agreed by the Owner, Operator, or Property Manager 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to charge you a $500 fee if any of the above rules are broken.

  • Trash Day on Monday/AM; bins are at front of property, taken to the curb and returned by the neighbor
  • Pest Control, monthly service and as needed, might service during your stay
  • California black ants are native and can be intrusive, per AirBnB this is a low grade issue. Notify immediately if additional treatment is needed.
  • Gardener, by-weekly, Tuesdays from approximately 8:30am-9:30am, might service during your stay

At Kozy Vacation Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to provide flexibility while ensuring fair compensation for reserved stays.

  • If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the check-in date (by 3:00 pm), you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 29 days before the check-in date (by 3:00 pm), you will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fees.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
